Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Vancouver, WA to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy and revenue. You will conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare move-in packages with support from on-site teams.

You will use OneSite or Yardi to track availability and leasing activity, follow up with residents, and contribute to lease renewals.

• Drive traffic through marketing activities and online platforms; manage referrals and outreach programs.
• Utilize OneSite/Yardi to track vacancies and leasing activities.
