Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Tukwila, WA is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our team. You will conduct prospecting and apartment tours (virtual and in-person), ensure a stellar move-in experience, and help maximize occupancy and revenue for the community.

You’ll use MS Office and property management software (Yardi/OneSite), support marketing efforts, handle applications, and respond promptly to resident concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications and lease paperwork, and ensuring a smooth move-in.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are ready, coordinating with maintenance for any issues.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy, follows policies on concessions and specials.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic, using internet platforms and referrals, and tracks data in PM software.
• Responds to resident concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
