Greystar in Washington state is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, aiming to maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction through the lease term.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings, prepare move-in packages, and support renewals. Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi is helpful; a flexible schedule and driving to properties are required.

Qualifications

• Licenses as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-ins.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages ahead of move-outs.
• Respond to resident or owner questions promptly.
