Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Seattle, WA is hiring an experienced Leasing Professional to deliver outstanding customer service, conduct prospect building and apartment tours (virtual and in-person), and help residents find the right homes.

You will ensure a stellar move-in experience, perform market research for marketing and advertising, plan community events, follow up with prospects by phone and email, and promote units via social media while assisting in lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired.
• Ability to read, write, and explain apartment features and answer resident questions.
• Professionalism in manner and dress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours.
• Providing excellent customer service as part of a team.
• Ensure a stellar move-in experience for our customers.
• Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Community event planning and execution.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
• Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Assist in lease renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns.
