Job summary

The role includes conducting tours (virtual and in-person), following up with prospects, supporting renewals, and leveraging social media to promote units.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with property management software preferred.
• Strong reading/writing and communication of what is required in leases and documents.
• Professional appearance and conduct expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to reach occupancy and revenue goals, greeting prospects and conducting tours.
• Schedule and respond to leasing inquiries via phone and email; process applications and lease documents.
• Assist in lease renewals and coordinate marketing efforts with the team.
• Utilize online marketing platforms to generate traffic and promote available units.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and coordinate with maintenance for ready-to-show conditions.
