Job summary

Ashford Communities seeks a Bilingual Leasing Professional to support two properties in Houston, TX. You will generate leases, conduct tours, and manage tenant applications while delivering exceptional service to prospects and residents.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of multifamily leasing experience, are fluent in English and Spanish, and can navigate tools like OneSite. We offer growth, a team-driven culture, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• English proficiency required; additional languages such as Arabic, Pashto, and Urdu are a plus.
• Tax Credit knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with OneSite, ActiveBuilding, Blue Moon, and Funnel preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and strong listening skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Social media experience is a plus.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to close leases.

Responsibilities
