Hudson Grove Property Management in Denver, CO is seeking a full-time Bilingual Leasing Professional (English/Spanish) to join our apartment portfolio. You will build relationships with residents, conduct tours, assist with applications, and support leasing processes while upholding our community-first approach.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year leasing experience, bilingual English/Spanish, strong customer service, and familiarity with Yardi or Rent Café; we offer competitive hourly pay, leasing

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leasing experience in multifamily properties.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service with empathy and attention to detail.
• Experience with Google Workspace and property management software (Yardi / Rent Café).
• Proactive, organized, and growth-minded.
• Reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Conduct apartment tours and assist with applications, lease documentation, and move-ins.
• Maintain accuracy and organization in leasing software (Yardi & Rent Café required).
• Support curb appeal and property presentation standards.
• Use video tours and self-showing tools as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and team members.
• Contribute to a supportive, respectful workplace that aligns with our cultural values.

• 1+ yearsof leasing experience in the multifamily industry (required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanishrequired

• A proactive mindset, ability to prioritize, and desire to grow in your career
• Reliable attendance and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
