Falls of Braeswood apartments is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community. You will conduct property tours, communicate with prospects, and help finalize leasing and renewals.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship building, and marketing planning to sustain occupancy. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; Onesite knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus.
