Ashford Communities seeks a Bilingual Leasing Professional to support two properties in Houston, TX. You will generate leases, conduct tours, and manage tenant applications while delivering exceptional service to prospects and residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• English proficiency required; additional languages such as Arabic, Pashto, and Urdu are a plus.
• Tax Credit knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with OneSite, ActiveBuilding, Blue Moon, and Funnel preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and strong listening skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Social media experience is a plus.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to close leases.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leases and renewals.
• Conduct local marketing to attract prospects.
• Connect with prospects, schedule tours, and follow up consistently.
• Tour the community and present apartment homes using strong product knowledge.
• Process applications, including credit/background screening.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents.
