Hudson Grove Property Management in Denver, Colorado, is hiring a full-time Bilingual Leasing Professional (English/Spanish) to join our apartment portfolio. Qualifications

• 1+ year of leasing experience in multifamily housing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Conduct apartment tours and assist with applications, lease docs, and move-ins.
• Maintain leasing software accuracy in Yardi and Rent Café.
• Support curb appeal and property presentation standards.
• Use video tours and self-showing tools as needed.
• Communicate clearly with residents, guests, and team members.
• Contribute to a respectful workplace aligned with cultural values.

You Bring

• 1+ yearsof leasing experience in the multifamily industry (required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanishrequired
• Customer service skills with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Experience with Google Workspace and property management software (Yardi & Rent Café preferred)
• A proactive mindset, ability to prioritize, and desire to grow in your career
• Reliable attendance and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
