Q10 Property Advisors, LLC is seeking a professional Leasing Agent for a Houston-area community. The ideal candidate is bilingual, polished, and capable of connecting with residents, closing strong, and representing the community with warmth and confidence.

In this full-time role you will welcome prospects, conduct high-quality tours, convert leads to leases, prepare leases and move-in packets, and collaborate with the manager and maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and polished professional presence.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing.

Pay: $16-$18/hr + Leasing Bonuses

Schedule: Full-Time
