Brookside Properties is seeking a Leasing Professional for The Slate in Nashville, TN. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, process leases, collect deposits, and help ensure model units are ready.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales, and attention to property details. Ideal candidates have leasing or sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing experience preferred; customer service or sales background required.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); Entrata experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using social media for marketing.
• Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents.
• Accurately complete lease agreements and collect deposits.
• Ensure model units and tour paths are clean and ready.
• Maintain resident records and knowledge of lease terms and property amenities.
• Respond promptly to resident questions or concerns.
• Conduct property inspections and help with local marketing outreach.
• Uphold professional standards and comply with Fair Housing regulations.
