Job summary

Brookside Properties in Bowling Green, KY seeks a Leasing Professional for The Enclave. Welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, process leases, and maintain documentation, driving occupancy and revenue.

This role offers monthly commissions, paid holidays, generous PTO, and benefits; requires HS diploma, strong sales and customer-service skills, and familiarity with property software; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Entrata is preferred.
• Comfortable using social media (Facebook/Instagram).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
• Able to walk property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct apartment tours.
• Complete lease agreements and collect deposits.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases.
• Maintain resident files and leasing documentation.
• Prepare model homes and ensure vacant apartments are tour-ready.
• Respond to resident questions and concerns promptly.
• Perform daily property inspections.
• Build relationships with local businesses and assist with marketing.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, amenities, and policies.
• Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA and company guidelines.
