Job summary

Pine Street Flats in The Gulch, Nashville, TN is seeking a Leasing Professional who loves sales, customer service, and creating an exceptional resident experience. Named Nashville Scene's Best Apartment Community for 11 consecutive years, Pine Street Flats is a premier luxury community in the heart of Nashville.

You will conduct tours, process applications, maintain leasing records, and build relationships with residents and local businesses to drive retention and positive community impact.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with prospective residents through tours, calls, emails, and follow-up
• Lease apartments and assist prospects throughout the application process
• Prepare and maintain leasing and resident records
• Maintain model apartments and vacant homes to ensure they are tour-ready
• Build relationships with residents and local businesses to support retention and marketing
• Respond to resident questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and company policies
• Help create a positive, high-energy experience for residents and prospects
