What You’ll Do

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process from tour to move-in
• Execute lease agreements and collect deposits accurately
• Maintain tour-ready model units and a clean, welcoming community
• Conduct daily property inspections to ensure curb appeal and readiness
• Process applications, verifications, and screening requirements
• Deliver outstanding customer service to prospects and residents
• Utilize effective sales and follow‑up techniques (phone, email, in person)
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
• Support marketing efforts, outreach, and local business partnerships
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leasing or sales experience required (multifamily preferred)
• Availability to work Saturdays
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Tech‑savvy: experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
• Professional, polished appearance and attitude
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and team‑driven
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed
