Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Leasing Professional for The Enclave in Bowling Green, KY. Welcome prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, complete leases, and collect deposits.

Follow up with prospects, maintain files, prepare model homes, and ensure vacant units are tour-ready. Support marketing efforts, uphold Fair Housing, and work Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Entrata is preferred.
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Complete lease agreements and collect required deposits.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases.
• Maintain resident files and leasing documentation.
• Prepare model homes and ensure vacant apartments are tour-ready.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident questions and concerns.
• Perform daily property inspections.
• Build relationships with local businesses and assist with marketing efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, amenities, and community policies.
• Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and company guidelines.
