Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join our Knox­ville team and support leasing, tours, and renewals at The Views at Elm Grove and Emory Cove.

Position offers competitive pay with commission potential, PTO, and growth opportunities in a friendly, stable environment. The role requires strong communication, sales, and client-service orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing experience preferred; strong sales or customer service background preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Entrata and social media experience a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and office-ready attire.

Responsibilities

• Tour, lease, and renew apartments.
• Prepare and maintain model units.
• Maintain accurate property and resident files.
• Respond to resident inquiries courteously and promptly.
• Execute leasing paperwork and application screening.
• Perform daily inspections and support marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:
