Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; Entrata experience is a plus.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with prospective residents through tours, calls, emails, and follow-up.
• Lease apartments and assist prospects throughout the application process.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments and amenities.
• Maintain model apartments and vacant homes to ensure they are tour-ready.
• Prepare and maintain accurate leasing and resident records.
• Respond to resident and prospect questions with professionalism and urgency.
• Support resident retention and property marketing efforts.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Help create a positive, high-energy experience for residents and prospects.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; experience with Entrata is a plus
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work Saturdays
