Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Social media experience with Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
• Entrata experience is a plus.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to walk the property frequently, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Tour apartments and showcase community amenities.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and convert leads into leases.
• Complete lease agreements and collect deposits.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond to resident questions and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate resident and property records.
• Monitor lease terms, rental rates, and property information.
• Help keep model apartments and the community tour-ready.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Assist with marketing and social media efforts.
• Follow Fair Housing requirements and company policies.
