What You’ll Be Doing

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. Through your passion for customer service and commitment to building meaningful relationships, you’ll help create a welcoming community where residents feel valued, respected, and proud to call home.

Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply; however, bilingual language skills are not required, and all qualified candidates will be considered based on their skills, experience, and ability to perform the essential functions of the position.

Compensation And Incentives

• Excellent Base Pay : $16.00 - $17.50/hour
• 20% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)

What We’ll Expect From You

• Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
• Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
