Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Leasing Professional in Missouri to help residents find homes and drive community occupancy. The role emphasizes customer service, relationship-building, and a proactive sales mindset across multiple properties.

You will work Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Sundays off and one weekday off. A competitive benefits package accompanies base pay of $20–$22 per hour plus incentives.

Compensation And Incentives

• Excellent Base Pay : $20.00 - $22.00/hour
• 20% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
• $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

Hours & Schedule

Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

What We'll Expect From You

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
