Morgan Properties is hiring a Leasing Professional in Levittown, PA to manage the leasing cycle from initial inquiry through move-in. You’ll build authentic connections with prospective residents, listen to needs, and deliver exceptional service to help create a welcoming community.

Join Our Team as a Leasing Professional!

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll oversee the apartment leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in. By building genuine connections with prospective residents, listening to their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll help create a community where residents feel valued, respected, and excited to call our community home.

Compensation And Incentives

• Excellent Base Pay : $22.00 - $24.00/hour
• 20% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
• $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)
• Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

Hours & Schedule

• Tuesday - Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
• Saturday: 9:00AM- 5:00PM
• Schedule subject to change based on business needs

What We’ll Expect From You

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
