Morgan Properties is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. You will use strong customer service to build a welcoming community where residents feel valued and proud to call home.
Bilingual Spanish/English is encouraged but not required; candidates with leasing or sales experience will be considered based on skills and ability to perform essential functions.

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply; however, bilingual language skills are not required, and all qualified candidates will be considered based on their skills, experience, and ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
