Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with property software such as OneSite or Yardi is a plus.
• Strong reading, writing and communication skills; able to explain apartment features and lease terms.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify and tour prospects; conduct in-person and virtual tours.
• Process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare move-in packages.
• Support lease renewals and coordinate resident follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Market the community and coordinate events; utilize online platforms for marketing.
• Track leasing activity using on-site software and maintain show-ready units.
