Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as part of a team.
• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual and in-person tours.
• Ensure a stellar move-in experience for customers.
• Perform market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
• Market available units via social media and internet platforms.
• Assist in lease renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns.
