Job summary

DevCo Residential Property Management is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional to support North end properties near Seattle, WA, including Everett and Lynnwood. The role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to lease apartment homes and foster positive resident relationships.

Responsibilities include guiding applicants through applications and move‑in, renewals, and lead management, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to community events and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the U.S.
• Successful background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents via lead management software, email, and phone.
• Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding applicants through the process.
• Explain leasing documents, policies, and move‑in procedures to new residents.
• Assist with lease renewals and prospect screening; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain resident files and up‑to‑date data in management software.
