DevCo Residential Property Management is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional in Auburn, WA, to execute leasing and renewal strategies, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include guiding applicants, handling leases, renewals, and move-in processes, plus front-desk duties and tenant communications.

The role combines sales, customer service, and marketing, with a focus on hospitality-level guest relations and accurate lease administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents through lead management software, email, and phone.
• Tour and lease apartment homes and guide applicants through the process.
• Orient new residents with leasing docs, rules, policies, and move-in procedures.
• Administer lease agreements, renewals, and screening with accuracy.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness.
• Maintain resident management data and daily traffic records.
• Assist with tax credit move-ins and re-certifications.
• Support marketing, events, social media, and pricing efforts.
• Respond to resident questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team and departments to meet targets.
