Greystar is seeking a Marketing, Leasing, and Renewal Coordinator to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at our Highlands Ranch community in Colorado. You will greet prospects, lead tours, process applications, screen credit, and prepare leases, while coordinating renewal programs to maximize occupancy and retention.

You will use OneSite or Yardi for data tracking and work a schedule that includes evenings or weekends as needed to support leasing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and renewals to meet occupancy goals.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Excellent communication with residents, prospects, and team members.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects and conduct community tours.
• Process applications, run credit & background checks, prepare leases.
• Coordinate move‑in packages and ensure units are move‑in ready.
• Support lease renewals with letters, packages, and timely documents.
• Maintain data in on‑site software and generate reports for occupancy goals.
