Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Arizona to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a rental community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, knowledge of property management software (OneSite, Yardi), and the ability to implement local marketing plans. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with property marketing and leasing strategies.
• Experience with on-site property management software like OneSite or Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance to address outstanding items.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy, following policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online tools.
• Use on-site software to track availability, activity, and resident data.
