Job summary

RPM Living in Carrollton, TX, seeks a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing and positive resident relations. You will handle leases, tours, and applications, while promoting retention and engagement across the property.

Responsibilities include schedule tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely service. On-site role with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office, Property Management Software

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards; assist with applications and deposits
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Coordinate with Community Manager on applicant status
• Show apartments and prepare move-ins; obtain signatures and provide orientation
• Maintain social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement
• Address complaints and service requests to preserve resident satisfaction
• Close the sale: appointments, tours, show rooms, and follow-up
• Apply marketing strategies to drive traffic within the marketing plan
• Project a positive image of the community to achieve objectives
• Plan resident functions to promote retention; attend after-hours events as needed
• Complete lease, move-in, and checkout paperwork promptly
• Attend weekly and daily goal-setting meetings
• Collaborate with maintenance for timely service requests
