Job summary

DevCo Residential Property Management is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional in Auburn, WA. The role focuses on leasing apartments, renewing leases, and delivering superior resident service in a dynamic market.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and be proficient with MS Office. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a schedule Tuesday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be 18 years or older; eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person tours.
• Lease apartment homes and guide applicants through application and move-in process.
• Prepare and explain leasing documents and rules; assist with renewals.
• Maintain accurate resident files and update software with rent, leases, and moves.
• Support marketing and community events to boost occupancy and curb appeal.
