Job summary

DevCo Residential Property Management is seeking a Leasing Professional in Auburn, WA. This role focuses on leasing and renewals to meet occupancy and revenue goals, combining sales, customer service and marketing to build relationships with guests and residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• English language proficiency (read/write) required.

Responsibilities

• Lease and renew apartments to achieve occupancy targets.
• Tour and qualify prospects, guiding them through application and move-in.
• Maintain resident files, leases, and data in management software.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and guests.
• Support front desk duties and general office tasks as assigned.
• Assist marketing, events, and community programming efforts.
