Greystar is hiring for a Leasing Specialist in Katy, TX. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, review applications, and secure lease signings.

You will also ensure move‑in readiness and coordinate with maintenance to address issues. The role involves designing marketing plans, driving traffic through online and referral programs, and using OneSite/Yardi to track data and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing residential properties.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and conduct tours.
• Process applications, credit checks, and lease signing.

Responsabilités

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals; greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, prepare lease documents and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate with maintenance for any issues.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design marketing activities including referrals, employer outreach, and online campaigns; utilize internet tools.
• Use onsite management software to track availability and leasing activities and maintain data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes with letters, packages, and pre‑move‑out communications.
• Respond to resident or owner inquiries promptly and document requests.
