Job summary

Greystar's Ascent Uptown in Charlotte, NC seeks a Leasing Coordinator to drive leasing, show units, and coordinate renewals. You will greet prospects, process applications, conduct tours, and coordinate move-in packages while ensuring resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance and on-site teams, utilizing OneSite/Yardi, and executing marketing plans to boost traffic and occupancy. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting, qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance items to be addressed.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic using online and onsite channels and employer outreach.
• Uses on-site management software to track availability, record activity, and capture resident data.
• Ensures show units meet standards by inspecting, coordinating upkeep, and preparing the leasing office.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to confirm decisions to lease or renew.
• Supports lease renewal program with communications and timely signed renewal documents.
• Responds promptly to resident questions and coordinates with appropriate teams to resolve issues.
