Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a Garden community. You will conduct tours, process applications, and manage move-ins, while collaborating with maintenance for unit readiness.

The role requires executing marketing plans, using property software, and staying informed about market conditions to boost occupancy and revenue. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and utilize online tools.
• Track availability, traffic, and resident data using management software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize lease or renewal.
• Support lease renewal processes with timely documents and communication.
• Respond to resident and owner questions and document requests.
