Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our on-site community in Waco, TX. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience with on-site software (OneSite/Yardi), and the ability to follow marketing plans, create traffic, and support lease renewals.

Qualifikationen

• Licenses/certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and manage renewal processes.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate with stakeholders.
