Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional at Haven at Mission Trace in Richmond, TX to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction throughout the lease cycle.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credits and background, prepare move-in packages, and ensure smooth lease signings. This role involves renewal activity, follow-ups, and maintaining show-ready units.

Qualifications

• Greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments.
• Processing applications, credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Preparing lease and move-in packages and ensuring a smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are move-in ready.
• Stays informed about market conditions and supports marketing plans.
• Uses on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and manage resident data.
• Prepares lease renewal letters and packages; coordinates renewals with residents.
