• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and manage show units.
• Track availability and leasing activities using property management software.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
• Assist with lease renewals and document processing.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and coordinate with staff.
