Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a dynamic leasing and sales professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the community. You will conduct prospecting, tours, and move-in experiences to ensure occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience is desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office; property management software (Yardi/One Site) is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and explain apartment features.
• High level of professionalism in manner and dress.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Perform leasing activities for new residents, conduct tours (virtual and in-person), and manage move-in experiences.
• Assist in lease renewals and respond to resident concerns and inquiries.
• Market research on comps for advertising; plan and execute community events.
