Job summary

HNN Communities seeks a Leasing Professional for a full-time role in Everett, WA. You will execute leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets, delivering excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities include tours, move-in coordination, lease administration, and frontline support. A 1-year background in sales or hospitality is preferred; strong MS Office skills and effective communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient using MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents via lead management software, email and phone.
• Tour and lease apartment homes through the application, tax credit, and move-in process.
• Introduce residents to leasing docs, community rules, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with lease agreements, addendums, renewals, and screening processes.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure readiness.
• Maintain resident management software with accurate data.
• Support marketing and events, social media engagement, and pricing.
