Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will conduct tours, process applications, and support lease signings.

You'll design and execute marketing activities, use OneSite/Yardi to track data, and ensure show units meet company standards. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and salary in the $22–$24/hour range.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations.
• Familiar with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Ability to drive occupancy and revenue through marketing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours; process applications.
• Perform background checks and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop marketing plans to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic online and locally.
• Track availability and leasing activity using property software.
• Follow-up with prospects to finalize leases or renewals.
• Coordinate lease renewals and communicate with residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions.
