Job summary

Greystar seeks a leasing coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue by guiding prospects through tours, screening applications, processing leases, and coordinating move-ins. You will help manage renewals and maintain high resident satisfaction across the community.

You will use OneSite or Yardi to track data, assist with marketing initiatives, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure show units meet quality standards. This role requires strong customer service and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Coordinate leasing, tours, applications, and move-ins to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect units and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop marketing plans and promotions to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Use property management software to track prospects and lease activity.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize resident retention.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures move-in ready condition, coordinating with maintenance.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies for concessions and programs.
• Executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online tools.
• Manages data in OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident information.
