Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to support the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal efforts, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins, with on-site marketing and data-tracking using Yardi/OneSite to maximize revenue and show-unit appeal. This role requires a flexible schedule and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales to achieve occupancy goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management software (OneSite, Yardi) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, show apartments, process applications, and sign leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance issues.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow company policies on concessions.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Use property software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Prepare leasing office for daily operations and ensure show units meet standards.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to finalize decisions.
• Support lease renewal letters and communicate with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate with ownership team.
