Job summary

Greystar in Lewisville, TX, is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

You will show apartments, process applications, screen prospects, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins; you will also support renewal communications and respond to resident questions.

The role requires strong customer service, detailed record-keeping in OneSite/Yardi, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing and resident screening.
• Ability to conduct property tours and process applications.
• Familiarity with leasing software and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, and complete leases.
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure leasing decisions.
• Support lease renewal communications and timely signing.
• Respond to resident questions and document requests.
