Greystar seeks a Leasing Agent to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies at our Philadelphia area property. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packets, and ensure a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.

Daily responsibilities include inspecting units, tracking availability, and supporting renewal efforts to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greets prospects, conducts tours, processes applications and screenings.
• Prepares lease and move-in packages and ensures smooth sign‑offs.
• Performs move-in readiness checks and coordinates with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy.
