Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package and coordinate move-ins.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track occupancy, traffic, and leasing activities using site software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages for residents to secure leases.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and requests.
• Maintain show units to meet company standards and project quality.
