Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments, conduct tours, process applications and screen applicants.
• Prepare leases and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Maintain show units to meet company standards and inspect marketing corridors.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software.
• Coordinate lease renewals and ensure timely signing of documents.
