Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property leasing and marketing coordinator in Leander, TX. The role focuses on driving occupancy and revenue by leasing to new residents, renewing leases, and delivering high resident satisfaction.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents, while coordinating marketing activities and tracking data in the site software. The job demands strong communication and customer service to ensure a smooth move-in process

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure show units meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site property management software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and ensure documents are signed on time.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and concerns.
