Job summary

Greystar in Arlington, TX is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Responsibilities include tours, applications, credit checks, lease signings, and showroom readiness.

Responsibilities also cover developing marketing plans, implementing traffic-driving activities, and following policies to boost occupancy with strong focus on renewals and resident

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications and perform credit/background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any items to be addressed.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, visits, data, and lead/demographics information.
• Ensure show units meet company standards through daily inspections and preparing leasing offices for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to secure leases or renewals, via email or calls.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters/packages and contacting renewing residents.
