Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour communities and process applications.
• Capability to implement marketing plans to drive traffic and lease activity.

Responsabilités

• Leads and leases to new residents, ensuring move‑in readiness and accurate paperwork.
• Maintains knowledge of market conditions and implements marketing plans.
• Performs showings, screenings, and follow‑ups to secure leases and renewals.
• Manages data in on‑site software, tracks traffic and leasing activities.
• Supports lease renewals with letters, packages, and proactive outreach.
